What time can I check in?

Where possible, please provide an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA). You can usually check in between 3.00pm and 9.00pm. If you find that your arrival is before this time, you are welcome to leave your luggage with us, and your car in our carpark while you explore the town. If you expect to arrive a little after 9.00pm please ring and let us know.

What time is reception open?

Reception is open from 8.30 in the morning to 9.00 in the evening.

What time must I check out?

Check out is 10.30 am.
If you are staying in the area for the day, you are welcome to leave your luggage with us.

Is there space for parking available?

You are welcome to use the forecourt for parking. Free on-road parking is also available on Braddons Hill Road East between 6pm and 8am each night.

What time is breakfast served?

Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 9.30am
Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays from 8.30 am – 9.45am.

How far are we from the town centre and seafront?

We are a short 5 minute stroll to the harbour, seafront and town centre.

How far are we from the coach and railway stations?

We are approx 1 mile away as the crow flies -  Taxis are always available and we would be pleased to arrange this for you.
