Terms & Conditions

All bedrooms have ensuite shower rooms, complimentary tea & coffee making facilities, colour t.v, radio, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, hand and bath towels.All prices include full English breakfast in the Restaurant.

REDUCTIONS – Children under 2 years are free of charge when sharing with 2 adults by arrangement. Children 2 – 17 years sharing a room with 2 adults are half adult rate. Senior Citizens receive a 10% discount per person excluding July / August and Bank Holidays.

WELL BEHAVED DOG – At Robin Hill we do allow small well-behaved dogs to stay with us in our standard bedrooms (sorry – dogs are not permitted in our superior bedrooms). Although there is no charge for this, we have several policies that we ask clients to adhere to – so please let us know if you would like to bring a dog.

DEPOSIT – One night deposit will secure a booking. Final balance is due upon arrival by cash or credit card.  Advance payment cheques should be made payable to Robin Hill.

CREDIT CARDS/PHONE PAYMENTS – Payments received over the phone or by credit card will incur additional costs. Transactions up to £150 incur a £1.00 extra charge. Payments of £151 and above incur a £2.00 extra charge.   Debit cards do not incur any extra charges.

ACCOMMODATION – is subject to availability. Deposits are non refundable within 7 days of arrival. Please note that bookings made through a 3rd party/agency may incur additional charges.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE - Check in time is between 3pm and 9pm please. Check out time is by 10.30am on the morning of your departure.
