The prices shown include private en-suite facilities, complimentary tea & coffee, colour television, radio, hairdryer, direct dial telephones and a full English breakfast.
REDUCTIONS - Children under 3 years when sharing with 2 adults by arrangement. 4 - 14 years inclusive half adult rate. Senior Citizens receive a 10% discount per person excluding July / August.
DEPOSIT - £25.00 per person. Cheques made payable to Robin Hill Hotel. Settlement of balance, if by cheque, payable on arrival.
ACCOMMODATION - Is subject to availability at time of booking, a telephone call will provisionally reserve your room for seven days pending receipt of deposit. Deposits are Non-Refundable. No reductions can be made for meals booked and not take, or absense during stay.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE - Rooms available from 1pm approx. Guests are asked to vacate their rooms by 10:30am.
INSURANCE - Cancellation or early termination subject to a 60% charge of total remaining period booked. If we are unable to re-let the room.
